Meditative-Hypnosis

"Meditative-Hypnosis" is a unique healing modality that draws from ancient Chinese wisdom and Taoist practices to create deeply integrated and embodied change within an individual. Fatih Turan created this method as an effective way for his clients to achieve efficient and sustainable results in expanding and raising their vibration.

In 2006, while Fatih was studying Internal Arts in a Taoist monastery in China, he discovered a way to use his meditative mind to journey through his body to find key information needed for healing.

The objective of Taoist practices of meditation and Qi Gong is to build Qi (life force energy) then circulate it through the body to nurture and transform it through cellular rejuvenation. This promotes healing for the body and mind, resulting in vitality, longevity, well-being and creativity!

As Fatih was training intensely for eight hours daily, this evening meditation allowed him to release physical and mental tension and ease into a deep sleep state where recovery could occur quickly overnight. Each night brought a different experience as he mentally scanned his body for the parts that needed care, then moved the Qi to those areas for healing and harmony.

The specific, hypnotic state allowed for his journey through the subconscious mind and systems in order to discover and discard past memories or beliefs that no longer served his best health and wellbeing. Fatih extended the journey to move from one system to the next while unlocking the negative blocks.

He uses creative imagery and visualization to guide his client's personal journey through their own body, stimulating each system in a different way. This safe, unique and custom method can be applied to efficiently progress the resolution of many issues or disorders.
