I’d never experienced anything like it, but after the sessions, I realized that all the tightness/pain that I held in my sacrum/lower back was completely gone. It felt (and continues to feel) like my root shakra has been opened and the energy is flowing freely now. I used to hold a ton of tension and stress in that part of my body, but that’s no longer the case. And, my complexion is simply glowing! My skin has a pink radiance to it like I used to have back in my early 20s. Best of all, my anxiety has decreased tremendously. I feel a sense of calm, ease, and well-being about life in general, that I haven’t felt in quite a few years. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
